Day 17

Day 17 we said good bye to our host, Karen and headed for Omak, WA which is a little under 50 miles from the Canada Border. The day was cool as in temperature, not Fonzi cool. We did see some temps up as high as 63*, most of the time it was in the 50s, which at 70MPH for hours at a time sets a chill into you. We did hit some rain four different times, The first two times just a light sprinkle for about a minute. The next two times a light shower for about two minutes each. There were several rain clouds dropping a good rain all around us. It seemed like our route took us between the active rain clouds. There were some very cool sights but I wasn't able to catch them on the cameras. I should have pulled over and took the shots with my photography camera but I tend to get that "get there itis". We did have a bald eagle fly over of at one point.

The next few days look like we will be in cool weather and possible rain here and there. Here are a couple of videos of today's ride.
